Man-Cave 2
So since starting Scale Wars there have been quite a few requests for pics of my collection. Coincedentally I was changing set ups for my house to move into my step daughter's old room after she moved out. As of last night I am NEARLY finished with the display.
Let me say up front that this is near completion, thus some asstute people will notice that some figures do not have all thier accessories as that is useually the last step I take in a set up (Since the accessories have a bad tendancy to fall to the bottom of the box I transport the figures in).
Also not to be rude but this is not a for sale page, please do not ask me to sell these or how much I will take to part with them. This is my collection and if I really wanted to part with them I would put some prices up somewhere.
I tend to change things up every few months but this is one of the more impressive displays I have attemtped thus far so I thought I may as well showcase it. Of course this is not my whole collection, but is a signifigant chunk of it. However there are plenty of Star Wars and GI Joes not on display.
With that let's get on with the Indiana Jones and DX maddness (sorry but everyone kind of cracks up at that combination.

This is the overview of everything, of course not entirely finished but getting much, much closer than when I started.

I have no idea where I got this bookshelf but it looks like it was made for action figure display in my opinion. As you can see the third shelf isn't finished yet (paticularlly the astromech and protocol droids who at this moment are tossed on the shelf) but everything else is pretty close to completed

The top shelf is devoted to the main guys of Star wars, both Jedi and Sith. I have a big mixture of vintage and modern Luke Skywalkers to start and then to Obi-Wan (whose vintage figure was lost to me a very long time ago) then a few Leias (others are on the second shelf) and of course Obi-Wan's master Qui-Gon. From there the Sith take over with Darth Maul and Count Dooku/Darth Tyrannus, and over to Anakin Skywalker and of course Darth Vader and Emporer Palpatine. One of my fav pieces is that vintage Vader nearly perfect on the end. I have had him for quite a while and he is proably my 2nd vintage Vader, the first suffered the fate of most action figures in a ten year old's hands unfortunatly.

The second shelf is devoted to many other Jedi's from Ki-Adi-Mundi to Rahm Kota to Mace Windu. Of course there are more Sith with Darth Nilus and Darth Bane as well. And of course Vader's apprentace from the Force Unleashed game. From there we have Han Solo and his compainion Chewbacca as well as some more Princess Leia and her and Luke's mother, Padme.

Just below that is Boba Fett, Judo Kast, and Jango Fett, allong with a whole host of bounty hunters and then some more incedental and recognizable Star wars characters. As I pointed out above the Astromech/Protocol section isn't qutie done, maybe when I get time later I will post pictures when I finish that part.
Below that is where I parked the Indy Vehicles since I wanted them displayed somewhere kind visible. Also I have to display Naked hulk somewhere LOL so I thought this was a pretty good place. Tossing in the Probe Droids, Jabba's dancers, the tuskin raiders and the PTE horse was very last minute just to add something to the shelf.

Next shelf, Also note the border is coming down next week, its just a sticky kind my daugher put up, so pay it no mind.

As you can see the top is devoted to the comic shop and
photo/video stores of 1:18th town. The top shelf is where I plan to
display my dragons, once I have them all in the room, but since I have already
shown those I thought I would give everyone a closer look along with the Empire
Portfolio
The next shelf is pretty fun. Of course I am a superhero fan and I of course have a few Superhero figures. Marvels Superhero Showdown (who don't like standing on thier own BTW. Also Thing wasn't in this shot and was added later), DC Infinate Heroes as well as a bunch of Microman Superman and Batman figures round out the DC side. I added in Predator and Aliens since they have made appearences in Batman and Superman as well as Dark Horse comics. Next comes a mix of Dungeons and Dragons, Flash Gordon and Clash of the Titans figures from my youth (showing my age I suppose). Beside of that is many members of the whacky figure battalion lead by Toxo-Zombie and some GI Joes who kind of flooded over from the other GI Joe display.

Next up is the ever changing Transformers display, I proably change this once a month to suit my mood. The one figure that is constant is Prime since the Annaversery Prime is actually the first prime I actually owned (but not the first one I wanted of course). Being a child of the 80's, when I saw a big Cy-kill in a yard sale last year I had to grab him. I am thinking that he proably has been there long enough.

The next shelf is kind of an oddities shelf with the Sears Dreadnok Ground Assualt as well as a custom "Dukes of Hazzard" Battle Luge guy. Also I tend to put whatever my latest vehicle is in the far spot, which of course is at this time the V-19 Torrent Starfighter for Clone Wars.
The next shelf was kind of tossed in to break up the uniformity.

On the top is my Battle Droids whom really dont like standing, I had them standing overnight and by the next day they were falling over. As such I desided they would be relining thier way into battle.

Since this piture was taken I added a hellboy movie poster that really adds to the background.
Next up is the troopers, both storm and clone. I really am not a huge fan of the clones but at the same time have felt a bit compelled to buy at least a few. but obviously I have more Stormtroopers. I added in the Royal guards and Shadow guards to round out the center.

This next shelf has a display I love, Vader, Luke, and Obi-wan in a duel on the Dagobah Playset (with my vintage Yoda, and yes that is the one I had as a kid believe it or not). Also I added the Ewoks to the top of the tree fairly recently. That is actually the first Ewok I have had in my collection. I got him for a joke in scale wars, and you will have to wait to find out what later ;-).
The Shadow Stormtroopers and Clone trooper are kind of overflow from the above display. And yes I let the weather dominator sit on dagobah LOL.
Also the heater in the background doesn't work, but the shell was left when the house went to central air, there are about three of them in the house that I probably should remove but never get time or energy to do so. Still they don't even work nor are they hooked into the electricity so why bother I keep thinking

The next shelf is some odds and ends that really don't fit anywhere else, Owen and Beru, The Skiff Guards, Jabba's Dancers were here once, Jawas, Yarna, ect. all have fallen into here.

I am hopeing to be able to display my vintage Slave 1 on the bottom shelf, but I have yet to dig it out to see if it will fit or if there is room for anything else.
And now the last shelf:

With the theature up top this shelf is probably one of the more diverse ones. Starting off at the top is Indiana Jones.

Genreally I tried to keep the figures in line with thier respective movies with the exception of Indy himself. I did have to add in some extra Nazi's and a couple of "Grail Knight assistants" from Army of Darkness to fill out the set. Also I should point out Mola Ram dropped his flaming heart right before I took this picture. Further down the line is the Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter GI Joe figures as well as some of the build and brawl wrestlers (note the facehugger on CM Punk LOL) and the Army of Darkness figures. Over in the corner are movie legends Godzilla and in the main back is Gamera who seems to be well hidden in this shot. Also is Beserk's Guts who barely qualifies as an action figure due to low articulation,

On the shelf below is my GI Joe display, one side for the Joes.

and one side for the snakes.

I tried to make sure I had a good mix of Original, "New" Sculpt, and 25th Sculpt in this mess.
The next shelf down has Anton the Purple man (fans of Scale Wars will recognize him pretty quick) and the Microman figures.

I have always felt Microman is one of the often overlooked
toylines, beside that are some select Chap Mei figures as well as some of those
3 & 3/4 inch Transformers in the back. Up front are two of the
original 1:18th Scale figures from the Fisher Price Line The Adventure People
(which is a line often overlooked for helping to establish the 1:18th scale
beofre Star Wars or Micronaughts). Those are the only two I have from that
line still, and the blatant Evil Kenivel rip off is one of my faves from
Adventure people.
Beside of those are a 1:18th scale Power Ranger I found one day on accedent, the Platoon Figures with a Vetniamise behind them. Microman Chun-Li from Street fighter. Some Pirates of the Carabeian figures mixed in with a few Narnia Figures (note most of them are humans packed with the much cooler creatures), Some Black Hole figures, a mix of "Public Servants" and some odds and ends along with some vipers on the end to balance things out. Also the space there is reserved for the new Hellboy 3 &3/4" figures I just got a shipping notice on.
Lastly is the creature shelf, a big favorite of mine. I have loaded it up with everything from GI Joe animals to odd fantasy creatures to just about anything I can find inclueding a T-rex.

Well I hope you enjoyed this tour around my displays. I will proably add more as I put up my Marvel Legend, DC Direct and LOTR figures after some time.
