From the beginning of Toxie's Universe I have had a specific back story as to why Vader acts the way he does with his kids, Luke and Leia.  It's a story I plan to tackle soon but I have avoided the story because of the constant Star Wars parodies out there like Family Guy and Robot Chicken.  I never wanted to come off as a copycat with this but in reality there is elements of a Star Wars-esc parody in there.   However I think now I have established that I tackle all kinds of stuff in parody and comedy and now I THINK people will get what I am doing with it.  While it will be a Star Wars parody it is not a direct one.  If you look back to the chapter "The Courtship of Mr. Luke's Father" it will be similar to that was to Episode III, in that case I did get some flak for a Star Wars parody as well but I felt it was necessary to give some background on 1:18th town as well as Vader himself. 

I have said quite a bit about Vader on this site and I find myself drawing a blank on what else to add.  He is probably my all time favorite character ever and he has been a blast to add to the cast of this little comic of mine.  Obviously I never had planned to have him go back with the Emperor and the "Bad Guys" since he is still trying to make a relationship with his kids.  Sometimes the jokes I put into Vader and parenting reflect my own issues with parenting, he is probably the character closest to my own life in this comic as well.
