Toxo Zombie is the defacto star of the show.  Some people have asked me why, well the simplest answer is that he is probably the most silly figure ever released by a major toy company.  He's green and pink and is supposed to be an evil undead servant of Cobra.  Actually he is supposed to be one of many but I thought to myself that one ludicrous concept was enough and I didn't need an army of them. 

His character is quite simple, dumb, snarky, and generally says and does the wrong thing all the time.  However, he does have one very special power:  He can do ANYTHING as long as its funny at the moment he does it.  His major weakness, his kryptonite if you will, is that he is only funny 40% of the time. 

He was released in the GI Joe line under the Eco-Warriors banner.  This is important to note since a majority of the Eco-Warriors were given awful bright and garish colors.  This was the point that the "Neon Glow" figures were released and the eventual fall of the original GI Joe line began.  I didn't actually acquire the figure until 2000 and even then I wasn't sure why I had bought him. 

Now he serves as the focal point for my humor, and you have to admit he has the look to do just that.
